EMDR and somatic therapy address trauma through both mind and body, supporting high-functioning women experiencing overwhelm as well as individuals navigating difficult relationship patterns or family dynamics.
EMDR intensives are extended sessions designed to help you make meaningful progress more quickly than traditional weekly therapy.
